Go Live Fast with App Packs

Building an Agent from blank gives you total freedom, but it is slow. An App Pack bundles a department’s common questions, forms, data tables, and timed reminders, and installs all of it behind one button.

Before you start

• You are signed in as an administrator and can see「應用中心」(App Center) on the left.
• Read Chapter 7 first. Everything a Pack installs still hangs off an Agent, configured exactly the way you would configure one by hand.
• Installing does not touch your existing data. Where a table name already exists, you are asked whether to reuse it or create a new one.

Step 1 · Browse the App Center

Click「應用中心」(App Center) on the left; the page title is「應用中心 App Packs」. Each card is one Pack, with the apps it contains listed underneath using ▸.

A Pack you have already installed carries a green「已啟用」(Enabled) marker. If a card has a line reading「⚡ 內含 N 個技能，啟用時自動授權給 …」(contains N skills, granted automatically on enabling to …), that tells you which Agent gets this Pack’s skills.

Scheduled tasks are all disabled when installed, so you review and test-run each one yourself before switching it on. That is deliberate — nobody wants the whole company to wake up to a wall of automated notices the morning after a Pack is installed.

Step 2 · Enable it in one click

Pick a Pack and click「一鍵啟用」(Enable in one click) in the top-right corner.

A「安裝前確認」(Confirm before installing) dialog appears, subtitled「此 Pack 需要建立以下資源並授權，請確認後再安裝」(This Pack needs to create the following resources and be granted the following permissions; confirm before installing). Read this page carefully — it lays out every side effect for you:

「將建立 N 個資料集」(N datasets will be created) — lists every table to be created. If one shares a name with a table you already have, that row shows「與既有資料集同名，請選擇：」(A dataset with this name already exists; choose:) and two options:

• 「沿用既有」(Reuse the existing one) — connects the Pack’s apps to the table you already have. Choose this when the data is already there.
• 「另外新建」(Create a new one) — creates a separate empty table and leaves yours alone.

Where the names differ but the contents look similar, an extra line appears (「⚠ 與既有資料集『…』相似…確定另開新表？」, similar to an existing dataset — create a new table anyway?). When you see that line, think it through before deciding against「沿用既有」(Reuse the existing one).

「將建立 N 個排程任務（預設停用，需自行開啟）」(N scheduled tasks will be created — disabled by default, switch them on yourself) — lists the automated tasks this Pack brings. Ones that already exist are marked「（已存在，重裝不重複建立）」(already exists; reinstalling does not duplicate it).

「將要求以下授權」(The following permissions will be requested) — what this Pack needs, in three kinds:

• 「資料存取（records）」(data access) plus the number of tables involved.
• 「主動推送（notify）」(proactive push) plus the scope of who gets pushed to — this is the only permission that sends messages to staff unprompted, so read the scope carefully.
• 「檔案存取（files）：公司共用檔案區」(file access: the company shared files area).

「此 Pack 需要指定服務 Agent」(This Pack needs a serving Agent) — if the Pack has no matching assistant yet, choose one of two here:

• 「⚡ 建立專屬 Agent」(Create a dedicated Agent) — the platform builds a new assistant fitted to this Pack’s purpose (recommended; choose this the first time).
• 「掛到既有 Agent」(Attach to an existing Agent) — grants the assets to an assistant you already have, such as the HR Leave Assistant from Chapter 7.

Once confirmed, click「確認安裝」(Confirm install).

Step 3 · Connect it to your company data after installing

When the install finishes, scroll down to「已啟用的應用 Enabled Apps」, where each app has its own card.

Bind the data. Each input on a card shows「綁定 …（CSV 試算表）」(bind … as a spreadsheet) or「綁定 …（文件）」(bind … as a document), and reads「（未綁定）」(not bound) until you set it. The dropdown has two groups:

• 「資料來源（整個範圍）」(Data source — whole scope) — an entire knowledge base or dataset.
• 「單一檔案」(Single file) — one specific file.

Set who may use it. 「可使用的群組」(Groups with access) on the same card works the same way as the access groups in Chapter 7.

Click「儲存設定」(Save settings) when you are done.

Each card also has an input box and an「執行」(Run) button, so you can throw a question at it on the spot without going to the chat page.

Step 4 · Review each scheduled task before switching it on

The automated tasks a Pack brings all arrive switched off. To switch one on:

1. Go to this Pack’s Agent →「排程任務」(Scheduled Tasks) tab.
2. Open a task and look at its「排程」(Schedule) — daily, weekly, or monthly — and its contents.
3. Click「🔍 試跑預覽」(Dry-run preview). The screen shows「掃描筆數」(rows scanned) and「命中筆數」(rows matched), plus the message each match would produce. This is a simulation and sends nothing.
4. Once the match count and the messages look right, turn on「啟用」(Enable) and click「儲存」(Save).
5. To run it once immediately as a check, click「▶ 立即執行」(Run now) and then look at「執行歷史」(Run history).

Always dry-run before enabling. A rule with the wrong threshold can send every person in the company a notice at nine o’clock on Monday morning.

For a task to produce anything, its data table needs data in it. You can fill a table by CSV import on the「資料集」(Datasets) page, or let staff fill it in through chat.

Step 5 · Have the AI interview you and generate a custom Pack

When none of the five built-in Packs fits, you can let the AI interview you and generate one outright.

1. The first card in the top-left corner of「應用中心」(App Center) is「產生我的 Pack」(Generate my Pack), subtitled「跟 AI 聊聊你的工作，自動生成專屬應用組合」(Talk to the AI about your work and get a bundle built for you). Click「開始 →」(Start).
2. You land in the interview screen. Talk about your department, your daily tasks, the repetitive work that hurts most, and what documents or spreadsheets you have. The more specific you are, the more usable the result. The「需求摘要」(Requirements summary) panel on the right organizes what you have said as you go.
3. When you feel you have covered enough, click「產生藍圖 →」(Generate blueprint).
4. Review the blueprint. It lists what it intends to build for you: name, category, description, and underneath that the「技能」(Skills),「應用」(Apps),「資料集」(Datasets),「知識庫」(Knowledge bases), and「MCP」items. To add more, click「← 繼續訪談」(Continue the interview) and keep talking.
   • If an item is marked「⚠ …（需管理員先註冊）」(an administrator must register this first), that connection to an outside system is not configured yet, and this item will come out empty.
5. Click「開始生成 ✨」(Start generating). This takes roughly 1–3 minutes; do not close the page while it runs.
6. When it finishes the screen shows「🎉 你的 Pack 已生成完成」(Your Pack has been generated), with links straight to the Agent, skills, and datasets it produced.

The generated Pack appears in the App Center with an「AI 生成」(AI generated) marker, and from then on you work with it exactly as with a built-in one. Everything it produced can be changed — persona, table columns, scheduled tasks are all on their own management pages.

Step 6 · Uninstall and reapply

An enabled Pack’s card has two small buttons:

「重新套用」(Reapply) — runs the install again against the Pack’s current contents, adding only what is missing and never duplicating what is already there. When the platform updates a Pack, click this to pull in the new tables or tasks.

「卸載」(Uninstall) — clicking once turns it into「確認卸載」(Confirm uninstall), and only the second click carries it out. Uninstalling removes the scheduled tasks and enabled apps this Pack created; the data in your datasets is kept and never deleted. When it finishes, the screen tells you how many scheduled tasks were removed.

How you know it worked

1. That Pack’s card in「應用中心」(App Center) carries a green「已啟用」(Enabled).
2. Scrolling down,「已啟用的應用 Enabled Apps」shows the matching app cards.
3. 「Agent 管理」(Agent Management) has one more Agent serving this Pack (if you chose「⚡ 建立專屬 Agent」, Create a dedicated Agent).
4. The「資料集」(Datasets) page shows the tables this Pack created.
5. That Agent’s「排程任務」(Scheduled Tasks) tab shows the tasks, and every one of them is disabled.
6. 「稽核紀錄」(Audit Log) has a「Pack 安裝」(Pack installed) entry at the top.

Common problems

Symptom	Cause / fix
Cannot find the「一鍵啟用」(Enable in one click) button	This Pack is already installed (the card shows「已啟用」, Enabled), or you are not signed in as an administrator.
The pre-install check says it will create a table with the same name as one I have	Choose「沿用既有」(Reuse the existing one) on that row to connect to your table, or「另外新建」(Create a new one) for a separate empty table.
Installed, but the scheduled tasks are doing nothing	Normal. Scheduled tasks are all disabled by default; review, dry-run, and switch on「啟用」(Enable) yourself.
「🔍 試跑預覽」(Dry-run preview) says no rows matched	The matching table has no data yet, or the threshold is set too high. Check the「資料集」(Datasets) page for data first.
The dry-run preview button will not respond	A newly created task has to be saved once before it can be dry-run, and the screen says so.
An app runs and says it cannot find any data	An input on the app card still reads「（未綁定）」(not bound). Pick a data source and click「儲存設定」(Save settings).
Staff cannot see this app	「可使用的群組」(Groups with access) on the app card does not include them, or the matching Agent has not been published.
AI generation sits at「生成中…」(Generating) for a long time	It genuinely takes 1–3 minutes. A real failure shows「生成失敗」(Generation failed) with a「重試生成」(Retry) option.
The generated Pack is not quite right	Go back to「產生我的 Pack」(Generate my Pack) and run it again, describing your department, real tasks, and existing spreadsheets more concretely during the interview. What it produced can also be adjusted by hand on each management page.
Does uninstalling delete my data too?	No. Uninstalling removes only the scheduled tasks and apps; the data in your datasets is kept.
